How much are customs? quotes are based on your idea and time length, nothing lower than £150

What ideas will you accept? I’m open to many ideas, no need to be self conscious about an unusual idea as I’ve very open and this is a non-judgemental space, just bear in mind my boundaries: nothing revealing or nude, no sexual language, acts or noises besides flirting, nothing dangerous, messy or needing a second person to help.

How long is delivery? within 10 working days, fast communication via email to make sure your idea is perfectly understood until filming begins.

Can you say my name in the video? yes, I can call you what you wish, or keep anonymous.

Can I choose the outfit? yes this is included in your quote, I’ll provide a form for all the details after payment this includes: voice style, setting, makeup, nails, props, hair style, camera angle, frame, triggers.

Do I pay upfront or after you’ve filmed it? Upfront, the process begins once payment received

How do I pay? Paypal to my email address robynasmr1@gmail.com or via a stripe link I’ll send via email for Apple Pay and card.

Do you offer payment plans? Yes, I accept half payment before and half payment just before sending over.

Can I send you my items to wear? No, sorry I don’t film with your own possessions, but you can choose any new item from an online shop to be used in the video, price added onto the quote.

How long can a video be? Minimum 6 minutes but I can go as long as 1hour depending on your budget. Average is 10-15min.

Do you keep the videos anonymous or re-purpose them? £100 extra for it to be kept private. Videos will always be edited as anonymous.

Do you provide refunds? due to the nature of the digital products, it is not possible to refund.

Note: If I don’t receive payment 48hrs from agreed date you’ll have one more chance to enquire for a custom. If you still don’t follow through, communications about customs will stop and you won’t be able to get one. This is to prevent us wasting either or our time.
